On Friday night, a good friend and I went to Salt Lake to see Iron and Wine. Gosh, I love those guys. They played more of their new album, which is more jazz-like, which was great, but i love their earlier albums.
Bekah and I were right up next to the stage. So worth it. We gave Samuel Beam hearts (with our hands) and he smiled and nodded to us. Yup, feels good.

Don't you just love what music does to you? It can lift your mood, calm you down, make you smile. It's absolutely amazing how a song can describe exactly what you're going through, even better than you can.
Day 7: A song that reminds you of a certain event. Well, isn't this just perfect? I've chosen two songs, tree by the river by Iron and Wine, and lost in my mind by The Head and the Heart. Enjoy.
